Dear Jamie,
You were paid in a very timely manner for your product, and payment for this movie was acknowledged by you on Friday, 20 April. In your e-mail you said you would send it out on the following Tuesday, 24 April. It has been over 7 weeks, and I still do not have the movie. Media mail should not take more than 6 weeks.
You also mentioned in your below e-mail that you would have your shipping department initiate a trace to locate the package. To this date, I’ve not heard from you on this matter.
You thanked me for my patience & understanding, below. However, I believe at this point you are pushing the patience issue, especially since you have failed to follow through on your trace and advising me of the status.
Please either deliver the movie to my address by 22 June 2007 or refund the money.
