Dear easyroad:
I am the one from costa rica who bought you 2 hiphones. 2 days ago i sell the last of those hiphones but yesterday i have to give the money back to the buyer because that last hiphone didn't work properly. I know that it has 12 months warranty and i would like to know how to apply it because with that hiphone, if make a call it freezes and it doesnīt work anything.... Can u please help me and tell me what is the next step so i can get my money back for that hiphone by applying the warranty it has? please easyroad, i donīt want to loose this money, the phone really came defective since the beggining, but i never probed it until i sold it to this last buyer.
I would really apreciate all the help you can give me easyroad.... i know you are the most honest and responsible seller on ioffer and i am being honest, it really came defective and it is completely new as you sent it to me....
Please notify me what can i do as soon as possible,

I am the guy from costa rica that bought you 2 hiphones. When i opened them, they seemed great but the two were a little bit different, they were not the same phones. I didn't care too much and i started selling them after i received your 2gb tf cards. Yesterday, i sell the second hiphone. But, today the buyer of this last hiphone called me and told me that the phone didn't work. He told me that he couldn't make any call because the phone got freezed and he couldn't do anything with the phone, the only way to get it back is to remove the battery. I didn't know this before because i never used them, i selled them brand new as you sold them to me. But i am extremely dissapointed with this deffective phone you sent me. The other yes it worked but this one was different and it doesn't work!! I should have never make this bussiness with you..... at first i had troubles with the shipping and now i have a broken phone!!! Now, i have to give back the money to this buyer, and anyone would buy me this deffective phone! I know it has guarantee and that you are a responsible seller. I have two options for you: Or you give me back my money trough paypal plus the shipping costs (and taxes i had to pay here) and i send you back the phone or i accuse you and request help with the ioffer authorities and the paypal buyer protection. The phone have only being used for this buyer one day, so it came deffective since the beggining. I hope you give me back my money because this is a total theft and an insane deception.
I wait for your soon answer and my money back....
