Go to www.paypal.com and on the top of the page is a tab Security Center. Click on that and then on the left hand side of page there be be a tab File a Transaction Dispute. Click on that. It will ask you to sign in. Go from there. May-05-08

Did you pay with paypal? If you did then you can report it on the paypal website. They give him a week to respond to your complaint and then if he doesn't respond they get money off him. This is how i got mine back. If you paid another way i'm not sure how you can get it back.May-05-08
