I have already received the package you sent to me with Lace I dvds in it.
Unfortunately, I've got some problems with it. First of all, I didn't know it was going to be a copy of an original one, not an original - especially if I had paid already the price for an original one. However, I was happy to look over this particular issue, and decided to sit down and just enjoy the series.
Having passed the original disappointment of not getting an original one, things got worse when I was playing the DVD number one. The whole DVD kept on leaping every 5 minutes or so, making it annoying and impossible to carry on watching it. This was very disappointing.
Furthermore, I managed to finish DVD disc one and carried on with DVD disc two. This one was the worst! First, it couldn't read the whole disc - I had to do a search and find the files in which the series is in. There were like 4 of them which I had to play manuallly. The quality was appalling! They kept leaping and fast forwarding which was desperating! Completely useless and utterly annoying. I was tremendously upset.
I want to make it sure that the problem with the DVDs have anything to do with clearing customs leaving the US nor entering the UK. This has to do entirely to the poor quality and bad method of copying (by masses) the whole series from their original one.
I would like to sort this out soon. I would like to be sent either a new copy of it CHECKED and if possible THE ORIGINAL one or in any other case, I would like to have my money back as the item was particularly expensive.
