Blue, sorry to hear what has happened to you. Will you be able to recoup any of your money - any of your items good enough to resell? What have you done to report this case to authorities so far? Seems to me that since she has cheated you out of so much $$ you might stand a better chance than any of the rest of us to get some sort or reaction! Aug-29-05

Hi I got your comment. Ya she ripped me off too and the second time she sent the wrong bag again she stopped replying my emails. I sent an angry complaining email and suddening she emails right back saying "since I've been rude, even though she was going to correct the order again she won't anymore". What b******t. You could try p*****g her off to get an reply but I don't think it'll help much. Goodluck man cuz I understand how you feel... too bad we bought from a cheating lier.Aug-28-05

Hi blue. Glad to hear that your package is on the way. Hope that your goods are satisfactory. April out and out lied to me about every aspect of that transaction and I wish there was something I could do to make her accountable for her actions. I have been on Ebay for years and have encountered the same type of deception only once in 146 transactions. This site seems to offer little in the way of protection for buyers. Coupled with the number of sellers here who do not accept Paypal, and I would have to say trading is quite risky! The members in the clubs/chat area are all very friendly and informative though, and hopefully armed with more info and savvy this won't happen to me again.Aug-24-05

Good news - I did get the bag.
Bad news - it is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Bright purple with bubble gum ping vinyl trim.
This seller has been the most dishonest I have ever encountered. Maybe if everyone who has been cheated by this woman reported her to the police, as you were threatening to do, something would be done about it. I wish you much better luck than mine. I was speaking with another of her customers who got her bag last week and she was very satisfied with it, so fingers crossed!Aug-23-05

Hi! Nothing so far. I think the bag MIGHT have arrived at the post office today, but we had some floods in our area and I was not able to go and pick it up. I'll try again tomorrow and I will let you know!

She didn't give me any shipping information but it took about 2 weeks to get the bag in France, that should be the same for you.
