checking in again, this guy sent me some duds. cheap repro's, he's knowledgeable about cards so it's hard 4 me to imagine he wouldn't know, anyway, I am sending them back to him. If he fixes transaction, I don't tell my buddies at FCC who have been asking me to report fraudulent card activity to them (it's their new area of interest), I for now am keeping this on ioffer until he checks back. Alright he came through, no communication after sale excpet to confirm shipping address change, but product delivered in BEAUTIFUL SHAPE. Communication may be lax, but integrity unassilable, I don't udnerstand these other messages in here, unless people jumped to conclusions when they didn't hear from him. I got no easy answers or explanations, BUT I DO HAVE MY GEAR. Trust is tough to come by, but I'm learning.

OK he logged in again today, does not communicate anything to me. I have asked him for confirmation of receipt of money order I sent over two weeks ago on May 12. The items he sent are now in the stages of final confirmation, but as of yet no results. I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT MY ITEMS ARE IN THE MAIL. But despite repeated private messages requesting response, I get no response.

OK guys he's at it again. I sent an MO over two weeks ago for the Mantles. This guy DID send me my last items, which were beautiful, and are 90% authenticated, after some ill communication. This time, it's worse. I am hoping everything is ok with him personally, and waiting for an explanation why I can't get a simple communication regarding the status of my order (THOUGH I SEE HIM LOGGING IN EVERY DAY), or maybe I'll just get my items in the mail one of these days. Stay tuned buyers, follow the experience, more to come, including all nature of relevant info.

1: Why is the Kobe "K" so whacked? it looks nothing like the K's in his other sigs
2. They Ty Cutlery Rookie: I remember the story about the catalogue, but why in SGC is it listed as a postcard (Novelty Cutlery Postcard) set with a name on the back, and why doesn't this one have it, I think I understand but spell it out for me BBG. I received information on that Money order inquiry form 6401 that I filed. the form shows that Brent A Cross Cashed it. I'm giving you until the the 18 to two day me my Money back, Or I will file charges in Hamilton county against you. I will not hesitate to drive a few hours to court if I'm needed. Please do not confuse this as a threat, for I am giving you a chance to change direction on where this is headed.

Caution- this clown is a rip-off!!! He will steal your items and never send you anything in return, or he will take your money and never send the items. He also tends to claim everything is a forgery in hopes that you will lower the price or just let him keep it without paying. Pure scam artist. Avoid doing business with this criminal if you are thinking about it- you will not be happy in the long run.Apr-10-08

Well gosh Brent, this is the last chance you will have to do the honest thing in this exchange. You still have not sent me the item that we traded for, nor have you communicated with me, other than to spin a whole lot of garbage to delay this action. If I do not receive the promised autographed Arod card in the mail tomorrow, (April 11th) we will be exploring a whole new level- specifically you will find out what happens to thieves who do mail fraud and try to scam sports memorabilia over the internet. You will come to regret having stolen my property, because getting kicked off the various auction sites where you do your stealing will be the least of your problems. The level that you have stolen from me qualifies this for serious charges, and I will be making those shortly after th mailman leaves on Friday unless you get me the item you promised. Please don't be so stupid as to think this is an idle threat- I have had other criminals successfully prosecuted in the past, and you will be just another small time rip-off you learns his lesson the hard and very expensive way. You may consider this the final demand from me that you either get me the item in our exchange, or return my property that you are now holding illegally.
