ALTERNATIVE RENEWABLE ENERGY
We allow our country to be held hostage to the world's oil suppliers. It's time to take back our energy independent and really explore alternative forms of non-nuclear renewable energy. Several years ago I spent two years off the power grid using solar energy and a back-up generator. I had a color TV, satellite TV and a slow Internet connection via an analog cell phone. All in all it was a good life, however, the 25 miles drive to town on dirt roads did me in.
