Looking for info on how to do this. Can't find any info on listings that apply. No more Report Misuse button beyond Profiles and Forum messages? Thanks!

This is a good question, we do not allow profanity.
If you see profanity or a serious issue Please come directly to customer service for us to act quickly to resolve it including removing the member from our site if warranted.

So there is no "Report Misuse" button for any reason on the sales listings anymore? Just directly to customer service? Sorry, but that seems like a step backward. I'm thrilled with the rest of the changes since I was selling here last.

I tried to do this via your customer service but I was blocked from submitting my inquiry because I have 3 unanswered inquiries into you already. Seems like this rule should be retracted. I have no control over when the help desk will answer my questions and if I have another issue I need assistance on it would be nice to know that I could still present my issue to you.
That said, here is my question. I thought is was prohibited to sell unauthorized branded items here yet, I have found many items being sold that the seller either implies the item is authentic or if you ask them they will tell you the item is a replica. I am speaking specifically of all the designer handbags that are being sold currently. One seller did respond to my inquiry and said his items were replicas, others don't respond at all. Because their items say "authentic leather" and include serial numbers and dust bags, their customers think they are buying the original handbag. How can this be happening with no consequence for these sellers?

We ask all members to read our buyer safety guide for buying on the net. We have more information than many sites, here you may ask questions, read entire previous transactions even if ratings have not yet been left.
C.O.P.S Counter Online Piracy System
We have a program called "Cops" C.O.P.S Counter Online Piracy System that is administered by the designer/copyright owners on our site. They do remove items and suspend accounts.
They do not solicit or accept reports from the public.
