Shipping Charge - We use Federal Express and freight companies when we ship our products. We use a fixed shipping charge method. Each item will have a different shipping amount. Keep in mind that FREIGHT charge is for TERMINAL shipping only. Additional charges apply when shipping to a commercial, residential address or when a lift-gate is required. Note: It requires at least 2 adults in order to unload some of these products. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE! Tracking your package – In the case that an item is out of stock or a color is not available we will contact you via email immediately. However, we may ship at a later date if we know that the item is in route. You will receive an email notification with your tracking ID within 24 hours after your item has left our warehouse. Shipping time – Most items are shipped within 3 - 10 business days, after payment has CLEARED. Please allow 12-14 BUSINESS days for delivery. Weekends and holidays are not considered business hours. Claims or damages during shipping - Please contact the carrier if your merchandise is damage during transit. You must file a claim with the carrier. We will help you with the claims process but we are not responsible for the claim. We are not responsible for shipping damages caused during transit. We will work with you to rectify any shipping problems you may have with the carrier. Where do we ship? - We ship to all CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. Additional charges may apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Sorry no PO Boxes, APO, FPO or international shipping at this time. | ||

| Return Policy: | Returns – There are no returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are not happy we will work with you to rectify the problem. In some extraordinary cases we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. You must ship back the item at your own expense.
