You have THREE days from package arrival to contact us about any problems with your item. Please open and inspect your item promptly and carefully. Please keep in mind that we are not a retail store or a large business by any means. We can only accept returns if the returning item is unused and in the original condition you received it, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. It must be post-marked no later than 7 days from the day you received it. Sorry, used item cannot be returned. By using the item, our refund policy is voided.

We also prefer that buyers be professional and courteous when they notify us of a problem. Please remember we have been on this type of business for a long time. We are not scam artists, mean people, or large company by any means. We will listen to your complaint and do what we feel is right in the situation.
