| Return Policy: | Returns, Refunds & Exchanges: Returns (jewelry) Items in original condition/unopened packaging are able to be returned within 10 days from receipt for an even exchange or refund less a 25% re-stocking fee. If exchanging, there will be another shipping fee. All items returned later than 10 days after receipt or not in original packaging, damaged or tampered with packaging will be refunded less a 50% re-packaging, correction and/or stock balance charge. The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape. The product must not have any sign of wear. Sale items are not refundable or returnable In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced at no charge (if a refund is requested for it, then the restocking charge will apply.)
