RETURNS

Unused goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please fill out the online RGA form within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the goods to be returned and a refund minus a 25% handeling fee will be made within 14 days for goods which are unused, this excludes collection and delivery charges. No refunds will be made for purchases that have evidently been used. Refunds for collection and delivery charges will only be made when we have mistakenly sent the wrong goods to the customer.

Faulty goods.
If the goods ordered prove to be faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of such goods by filling out online RGA form. We will then arrange for the goods to be returned for either replacement or repair and the replaced item will be forwarded to you
