All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS from original date of purchase. For new items, after 90 days our merchandise is guaranteed with the manufacturer's warranty only (if the manufacturer's warranty is longer than 90 days.) No returns/exchanges/warranty through S & K BARGAIN after 90 days. No Exceptions! We agree, at our option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period. A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued if we are unable to repair or replace the defective item. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Warranty/RA number will be invalidated and a 20% restocking fee will apply if returned products are not in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. A 20% Restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid. IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process. To get an RA number, email us at return@skbargain.com. Please use "Return Authorization Request" in the subject line. RA's are valid for 14 days after issuance. After you receive an RA number via email, this RA number MUST be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. Shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable, except as noted above.
