Gold is real except for items in Designs by Samar which is gold plate. We do list some costume jewelry. This is clearly stated in listing. Some jewelry pieces use Cubic Zirconia (Russian Created Diamonds) and is clearly marked as such. Diamonds and other Gemstones are always real as listed. We do offer merchandise credits toward our inventory in the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Then you will only be required to pay the return shipping for the exchange of equal value. In the event an item arrives defective or damaged we will replace at no charge upon return. If it can not be replaced a refund will be issued. All returns must be iniated within 30 days of purchase.

Although rare, items do occasionally go out of stock or are back ordered, if this happens we will notify you as soon as possible.
