Insurance is optional on most items but I will not be responsible for any uninsured purchases. Should you opt to purchase insurance, these are my policies:
A broken item may be returned to me(at buyers expense), I'll follow up on the claim and a refund(including original postage) will be issued promptly.
A buyer can choose to file the insurance claim at their end. I will send the buyer the post office and insurance receipt. The post office will then refund monies directly to the buyer.
