Payment Policy:

Payment for the item must be received within 24 hours of the auction
closure.

1. Paypal is our prefered method of payment. Please make your payments
through Paypal.

You can make purchase our items using major credit cards (Visa, Master
Card, etc.) using Paypal.

2. For auction items, payment is required within 24 hours of purchase.
Payments from Paypal

must be confirmed and verified otherwise they will be refunded and
transaction voided unless

buyer provides confirmation of identity.

3. A sales tax of 9.00% will be charged for items shipped to state of
Washington.

Return Policy:

1. Return period is within 3 days after you have received the item.
Merchandise must be in original condition --with packaging intact, and
must not be altered in anyway (Example: item has been sized, the prong
has been changed, the ring has been worn or altered, chain has been
changed.. etc.).

2. 7 day return period starts from the day you have received the item
by mail.

3. Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

4. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception
where we have made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the
customer. In this case, Customer must contact us to obtain a
return label.

5. We usually do not charge for restocking fee, however, in cases where
we suspect an abuse of our return policy, we will charge the customer
25% restocking fee -- For example, if a customer purchases

3 or 4 items with an intent of returning most of them, we will consider
the occasion as an abuse of our

policy.
