NSC Wholesale guarantees your satisfaction. If not 100% satisfied, your purchase price will be refunded within 30 days. (NOTE: Less 20% for the restocking fee and actual shipping and handling fees.)
Defective equipment will be replace for another one, just emails us to walk you thru the return process since you will need an RMA number. If you decide to be refunded instead, there will be a deduction of 20% from items price & S&H is always non-refundable. We will not tolerate people who deliberately cause damages to equipment in order to get a refund or switches product with another one of the same but defective. All our products are marked or stamped with serial numbers and we will know of any foul play. If the serial numbers have been tampered with or screws removed from a product will automatically forfeit all refunds. After inspection of product if we conclude damages were made by the customer or any of the above mentioned happens to any product of ours while in your possession will null all refunds & we'll re-ship product back to you. Otherwise your refund will take 48-72 hours after the inspection department have inspected the product and concluded that the customer wasn't at fault.
Since all products sold are insured if product was damaged by shipper you need to put in a claim with the shipper immediately. We insure all products for more than the cost you pay so in the case your product was damage by shipper you will be reimbursed more than you pay.
