No returns due to ease of duplication. I will however replace any damaged disc. I am currently in the process of remastering all my sets - this will basicly cut the # of discs in half in my larger sets with no quality loss whatsoever. This will do a couple of things it will enable me to provide better customer service, lower prices big time like the NWO set is a 43 disc set that sells for $60 with $10 s+h, it will be around 23 discs when I get it remastered & will only cost about $40 with $5 s+h that will cut the price almost in half. It does take some time to do. This will also enable me to get stuff done much faster & get them to my buyers much faster also. You say now how can this be done ? I have researched all the dvd recorders & found the best is all I'll say in longer recording - Chances are if you've bought from me it is a set that has been already remastered if it has less than 30 discs in it.
