All sales are final, unless purchase of item is grossly misinterpreted. Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Should an item appear to be damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and contact Lotta Goods as soon as possible.
Defective items can be exchanged for the same item ONLY.
We will ship you a replacement product as soon as we receive damaged item. On some items a restocking fee is required and it can be as high as 25% for any merchandise returned to the manufacturer for any reason within the first 30 days after the date the merchandise has been ordered. However, no restocking fees are required for defective merchandise returns. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable.
