Once you place an order all items will ship out in 2 to 3 business days from the day payment is cleared(excluding personalized books-allow 3/4 weeks). Please allow 7 to 14 days to receive your item from the time payment clears. I combine shipping and handling for multiple purchases. Please contact me if you wish to purchase multiple items so I can readadjust the cost. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Please print out email invoice in the unlikely even you have to return item. Send copy of invoice along with returns so I know what to refund you. Items shipped back must not be postmarked no later than 10 days from the time you recieve your item. If ordering childrens books. There are different policies. Refer to them if buying.
