Unfortunately many of our products including all plants are highly perishable and without proper care, they will die. We pack each order in such a way to make sure that your plants arrive alive, but once they are delivered by our courier they are your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for death, disease, or other problems. Shipping is a highly stressful time for the plants and while we do everything in our power to make sure they are healthy and happy, plants may die after the trip.We have never as of yet had a problem with any of our plants not arriving healthy and with good roots/bases etc.We do pre-soak all plants/cuttings in a special formula before shipping.This helps with growth and starting of roots/or maintaining roots when transplanted and this also helps the plants from going into shock and being stressed during shipping to the buyer.We do our best to please you,the customer!
