I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS!! I will replace any "defective items" if contacted within (7-10) days of purchase and once defective item is returned(buyer pays for return shipping)!!! Don't wait a month to check out your movie(s) and then expect me to replace the item. I will make exceptions on the 7-10 days if you have a very large order and need more time to view the movies.
AS OF 4-19-08 I WILL OFFER OPTIONAL INSURANCE FOR BUYERS TO PURCHASE IN CASE OF LOST OR DAMAGED(CRACKED, BROKEN) ITEMS. I WILL NO LONGER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE THEN THE ITEM WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
