If you are completely dissatisfied with the quality or appearance of item purchased, please contact me via email within 2 days of receipt of merchandise for authorization to return the item. You must return the merchandise in original condition within 10 days of receipt of item. Merchandise must be returned via insured mail. I will refund the cost of the item MINUS seller final value fees--shipping costs will NOT be refunded. ALL shipping costs (and insurance, if applicable) are paid for by the BUYER and are non-refundable. NO refunds will be given for used or damaged items or special/custom order items. All sales are FINAL for craft patterns and leaflets/pamphlets/books due to the nature of the items.
