We don't anticipate problems, but returns will be handled on a case to case basis and only after customer has contacted us within 3 days of receipt of item. We will only accept returns on items that are defective/damaged and were insured by the customer at the time of mailing. All original content and packaging must be returned within 10 days of confirmed receipt of item in order to receive a store credit. Shipping is not refunded. A store credit will be issued for the amount of the sale price on any and all returns.

Video Games, DVD's, VHS Videos, CD's and PC Games are not returnable due to the ability to copy items in these formats, therefore these items listed are not eligible for refund, return or credit under any circumstance.

Holiday/Seasonal items (Christmas, Halloween, etc)are also not returnable/eligible for refund.

Sales are final on all Video Games, PC Games, CD's, VHS Movies, DVD's and Seasonal/Holiday merchandise.

Note: Return policies for items shipped via FedEx: If you have a claim of damage on item(s) shipped via FedEx, You will be required to nofity me within 3 days of receipt of item so a call tag may be issued and you will have 10 days from the date FedEx delivered the merchandise to you to have it back in my possession. All claims of damage will need to go through the claims process with Fed Ex and check refunds will be issued only after the claim is honored by FedEx. Any damage claim not honored by FedEx will be issued a store credit for the purchase price only. Shipping is not refunded. All original item content and all original packaging must be returned to me in order to receive refund/credit. No partial returns will be accepted nor do we honor requests for partial refunds. Thank You.
