We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price (processing fees not refunded) within 30 days of your purchase. Refunded products need to be in its original package (Including the retail box, UPC code, packaging and all accessories). Missing parts will be charge a 15% restocking fee or more depending on what is missing from the package. If the missing part(s) cost more than 50% of the purchase price, we will not accept the return for refund. All returns must be authorized by our return Department; the return authorization number needs to be clearly marked on the side of the shipped back package. Please note that we do not accept any returns that have not been issued with this number.
