We will happily refund your money if the item you purchased is not as shown or described. There is enough information in the description to see what you are getting so please make sure the item is what you wanted before making an offer. For items coming from a warehouse (ie: speakers) please contact me before returning so that I can supply you with a RMA. You will be refunded your purchase price plus initial shipping if the item is defective. If not defective there will be a 20% restocking fee.
