We try and help each customer with the highest respect, & quality. All sales are final, except for those items that are defected. In this case, item can be returned only to be store credit. In this case also, buyer is responsible for paying S & H on the returned item. Also, the store credit will only be for the amount of the item, not S & H. Item must be shipped back within 10 days after receiving the product. All parts and manuals have to be in original box. Proof of buyer shipping the returned item off within the 10 day frame.
