Return policy:
1.All items will be checked and tested before shipment to guarantee the quality. Firstly contact us if you have any problems during installation and use. Usually, the problems are only the misuse and misunderstanding how to use, we will actively help you to solve the problems.
2.Return of item's self defective or damaged are permitted when you get the item first, we have the rights to refuse return item of vicious factitious or man-made breakage.
3.Warranty:
A.Products with quality problems within 14 days can be returned and refund(not including shipping cost).
B.Products with quality problems within 30 days can be returned and replaced(buyer pay shipping cost).
4.Please firstly contact with us or email us in advance when you plan to return the item back, we will tell you how to return the item to us, otherwise we have the rights to refuse it.
5.The return shipping cost will be paid by buyer. the returned items should be send to us with all accessories and original packing, otherwise we have the rights to refuse it.
6.New items exchange will be shipped to you after we received your returned items. we will pay the new item shipping cost.
7.We do not tolerate any vicious credit fraud and chargeback from authenticated and non-authenticated accounts, otherwise you will be reported for dispute and compensate.
