Returns are handled on a case by case basis. I never want you stuck with a gown that don't fit. I answer questions quickly, and look forward to them. Due to state laws no undergarments or swimwear can be returned. Shipping costs may never be returned in any case. Restocking fees apply of 15 percent unless an item is exchanged. Insurance is optional and required if your purchase is 35 dollars or more. I cannot cover the government's losses when it comes to the USPS. Therefore, since I am not a private insurer, I do not cover your items against any damage or loss. Inquire if insurance is included in shipping cost as some cases it is covered.
