I personally guarantee that everything I list for sale will be as advertised if not better. I have a 100% Positive Feedback that I believe reflects that. WHEN WILL MY ORDR SHIP? Your orders will normally be shipped within 24-48 hours. UPS orders generally take 7-10 days to arrive to you depending on where you are in the 48 states. USPS order are Priority 2-3 days (USPS states no guarantee) First Class 4-7 days Standard 7-10 days. I do not ship on weekends however, if I'm online, I will answer your questions and/or acknowledge your order, but please understand that no processing of orders will commence on weekends. IMPORTANT: SUMMER SHIPPING SCHEDULE During the summer months we will not be shipping any items on Fridays on orders that just came in. Any processed orders from the previous Friday through Thursday before 11:00am will ship Friday mornings. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A DAMAGED SHIPMENT? I cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office that are uninsured by the buyer. Items damaged during shipment covered by insurance, will handled by the shipper. IF that occurs, please keep all packaging as they may want it. If you know the item is considerably damaged (you can see that the Samsonite gorilla stomped on it, don't even bother opening it.) Contact me right away in any negative event and I will help you resolve the problem, efficiently and expediently. But just so you can relax, these are "worse case scenarios" In 3-1/2 years of selling with the use of shipping companies, I have not found it to be a predominant problem. WHO PAYS TO INSURE AN ITEM? I usually either ship by a method that automatically includes insurance like UPS or include insurance in the shipping cost for USPS so that is usually not a concern for my customers. I don't usually do it on an item like a $5.00 used book for instance, or a 99cent trinket, because insurance is $1.30 for up to 50.00. Doesn't make sense to me to add it to an item of such insignificant value,when the odds are in your favor that the delivery will commence just fine. However, I never say NO. It is always an option for the buyer, if they would like to pay the extra $1.30 for it. OUR RETURN POLICY/GUARANTEES All New items are guaranteed for replacement or refund if necessary by me should there be any manufacturer defects. Shipping fees cannot be refunded however. I will be responsible to pay shipping fees for replacement item and return shipping of defective item. Buyer must contact me within 48 hours of receipt and notify me of problem. (I figure if there's a problem,you'll know about it right away, but I give you 2 days to let me know.) Even if you notify on a weekend, and I don't get your mail until a day later than the 2 days...the email states the day and time, so you have met your burden, so don't worry. :) I must give you a ROA(return order authorization #) prior to returning, so please do not ship it back to me unless I have given this to you. It's very important. Please make it easy for me to help you by complying as I will not be able to accept any returns that do not have an ROA#. This guarantee applies to all NEW items only. Everything I list is new UNLESS specified otherwise.
