3 Day Defective Item Policy:
If upon receipt you find an item is defective, you may exchange the item for the same item, provided the item is in its original packaging. You must notify us via email within 3 DAYS upon receipt of the item and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us. When shipping a return, it is required that you send your item via a carrier that provides a tracking number, proof of delivery, and insurance for your protection at your own expense. No merchandise return for exchange will be accepted without prior authorization from E.S. Buys, Inc. and a valid RMA number.

There are no refunds on shipping under any circumstances.

All products have a 30 day limited manufacturer's warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise in that item's product description. Many of the products we sell include a 90 Day or longer limited manufacturer's warranty.
