Return guidelines:


DVD player, MP3/MP4, PC components, mobile video, GPS, HDD enclosures and other electronics must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box.
There is no restocking fee for DVD/CD set returned to us un-opened. Please note again shipping fees are not refundable if you want a refund rather than exchange.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
