Returns are accepted only if merchandise is not as we have advertised. Keep in mind Carnival glass is almost 100 yrs. Old and tends to have minor straw marks, some wear, and possibly very small bubbles. Any other defect significantly affecting the value will be disclosed in the text for the item description. You must notify us within 48 Hours of receipt if requesting to return an item for this reason. At that time, instructions will be sent for return. We will not consider returns after this 48 Hour period. Instructions will outline specific details, including the time frame for shipment and the requirement to purchase insurance. If your item is damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within 48 Hours of the damage. You must save all box(es), wrapping materials, and the merchandise. DO NOT DISCARD or you may not be able to receive a refund. We have a business account with UPS, therefore we must handle the claim. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for UPS to process the claim.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us via email. It is always our desire to have a satisfied customer. We prefer to resolve any discrepancies between the parties. We promise to respond to any complaint you may have following receipt of your item(s) in a timely manner and try and resolve the matter to everyone’s satisfaction.
