You must first contact us via E-mail at admin@customseatcreations.com for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) #.

Please note, if we made the item correctly to your specified color requests, then the item is not exchangeable. Another cover will have to be purchased.

All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. Exchanged covers must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be UNINSTALLED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION received in order to exchange an item.
