When item is not New, we will try to our best ability to list all flaws and the conditon of the item..... We do not sell items broken, chipped, cracked, damaged unless we are upfront.. Before you make an offer please ask questions!! Questions don't cost a cent!!! And answers are free!!! We will gladly answer all questions and will send additional photos upon request.. We want you to be happy with your purchase if for some reason you are not please notify us within 48 hours and we will try and work something.. We package items securely and if for some unforseen reason you receive it damaged, and did not insure item(s) we can not be held responsible for something that was not insured. We will try and resolve any issues with you and if we can not we will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping charges, item must be returned within 10 days of contacting us..
