100% customer satisfaction. If the items are recieved broken, damaged and/or incorrect, you have 3 days from the day you recieved it to send me an eamil before you return the item for a replacement piece. Only exchange for the exact same item shipped unless you recieved the wromg item. All other purchases are final. Shipping charges can not be refunded. Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer on returns. When the replacement item is shipped the seller will absorb shipping charges. Seller may or may not use the return shipping charges as credit for future purchases the buyer makes. (i.e. if you paid $4.00 USD for shipping on a return, you get $4.00 USD credit on next purchase from our store on IOffer. example only).
