1st, I will be responsible to the customs problem here,if the bag is picked up by our customs,I will do fully refund or send you other bags.
But if the item is pick up by your customs,I can not do anything and won't be responsible to this.

2nd, I don't accept return if you change your mind after getting the item.Let me know if you want to return the item before you do it. You can only return the bag within 5 days after receiving it. I will do refund after receiving the returned bag.Shipping fee can not be refunded,coz it's already paid for the delivery.
