My product all almost always brand new (unless requested otherwise) and at price hard to beat. I will answer all your concerns within 24 hours (usually much less) unless during thanksgiving and christmas. My return policy is if the product is defective iw ill return your full purchase price and one way shipping. But if the item is misused or if its cause by shipping and you did not request insurance, then the problem is with the carrier and not mine. My motto is "Help yourself by helping others"
