Got the hair nice and soft . I was pleased until I washed it and dye came out . Meaning the hair was not virgin since it was processed. It sheds alot too .. But over all , it's nice can't complain you get what you pay for !

Shipping was quick, i love the quality of the hair, but I find the bundle don't have a lot of hair and I'm not sure I will have enough with 4 packs to do my hold head. I really regret buying this hair. It is not soft at all. It tangles easily, it sheds a whole lot, it looks and feels dry. Reminds me of the 99 cent braiding hair you buy from the beauty supply store. My husband asked me why my hair looks so shabby like two days after I spent $160 getting it installed.
