Purchased item, asked to have it held, then the day after promisary date, backed out of the deal. When you "purchase" an item, the seller is charged a fee. Do not purchase if you do not intend to pay. I told you in email when you renegged that I would have to report you as an NPB and you did not respond, what did you expect me to do? Why should I get charged for a sale when you had no intention of paying? That is not fair to me.
