Very happy with the service,prompt delivery and the product.

Have tried to contact seller to get advise on a problem I have with the item,but have had no response whatsoever. I am unable to unlock the screen(arrow will not slide across screen). I find the lack of response frustrating and cannot give the seller a positve rating! Please contact me and advise me on my problem!
