Overall, I'm satisfied with the item. Three caveats - (1) Lack of detailed communication regarding tracking number / shipping status (e.g. no reply to my direct email and iOffer inquiries), (2) item arrived later than communicated (e.g. wk of 6/25 not wk of 6/18) and (3) three scratch marks (2 on back, 1 on front flap). Given anticipated shipping time for an exchange, I'd rather keep this item.
