Shipping is done on Tuesday and Friday.  All items will ship using the Postal Service.  You will receive an email from Paypal with a delivery confirmation number, when your item is ready to ship.  Delivery Confirmation info. is available on the USPS website, but most of the time will NOT show much info. until the day the item is delivered.  It is used to confirm delivery only.  We offer insurance on all our items.  Please use it as you wish.  We DO pack our items well, and will not be responsible for an item getting broken during shipment.  Please do NOT ask us to replace a broken item if you did not purchase insurance.  

Returns are excepted for exchange ONLY!  We will exchange any item within 3 days of when you receive it.   The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Shipping/Handling is not refundable-NO exceptions. 

S/H is not just Postage-it is the cost of Postage, boxes, packing material, paper, ink, tape, and labor to pack and ship it.
