Taylor Smith Taylor was established in Chester, West Virginia in 1899 and incorporated in 1907-- with main offices in East Liverpool, Ohio. It made dinnerware and kitchenware. Company was purchased by Anchor Hocking Glass Company in 1973 and permanently closed in January 1982.
