Thanks John.
This is truly the end of an era with Bob going out of business. This is the last, hard to find blue chip vase that was so popular of his.
I know that you'll enjoy it.

John,

So sorry. Caught up in a legal suit that I am party to. I have had packed for awhile. I'm sorry you're disappointed on timing as I cannot help that right now.
You were able to obtain a great deal on my last blue chip vase. I had raised my prices on eBay.
Will mail on Monday.

Hi Tamara, The beautiful eickholt vase arrived safely today. I saw one on e-bay which sold for $176.00 I was frustrated last week since after seeing that your descriptions said you shipped on Mon & Thur I stayed home several to receive the vase but was disappointed. I am very happy with the vase. Thanks and Best Wishes, John

Hi John,
I am so happy you like the vase. I packed it in a special box did you see it? It was Texas fruit! And, did you notice I live in Roanoke, TX???
I haven't checked eBay lately however the prices on Bob's items have gone up. I raised mine. I have one vase that is just breath taking, a floral, my husband wants to keep it.
Well the case goes on. Sorry that it impacted my being able to mail. All I needed was the label; however after a 9 hr. day I'd come home exhausted.
I do appreciate your patience. Sorry you had to stay home for this. I am good about providing tracking #s when I ship. Oh well, water under the bridge. Glad you love the vase.
I may call Bob to see what else he has left. If I can get a hold of him. Yours was the last blue chip he had. However, I love his vases.
I'll let you know if I do.

Sincerely, Tamara

You are viewing an outstanding vase made by Robert Eickholt. The piece is entitled "Chip Vase" and the piece is approximately 7 1/2 inches tall x 4 inches wide, and weighs approximately 2 pounds. This piece is shown in the silver blue color. Truly a wonderful piece of art glass to add to any collection. Please make note that pieces will vary in color, size and weight, as they are one of a kind works of art! This piece comes in two sizes and looks awesome in a grouping!  Sadly, this is the last vase I have in my inventory in this style.  With our country facing difficult economic times, Bob has decided to close his doors, after thirty years.  I have been an admirer of his work for a long time and isn't it sad to see such a talented artist walk away from his art form?

Robert Eickholt has been creating hand blown glass pieces for over 20 years. His work has long been regarded as not only good quality, but of exceptional value as well. In 1978, Robert Eickholt founded Eickholt Glass, which was established to allow for the development of new designs and techniques for hand-blown glass art. Since that time, a full line of unique glass art has emerged.

Many of their innovative designs include the use of gold and silver and the rare oxides of copper and cobalt. By combining the intriguing contrast of soft and bold colors, Eickholt glass has mastered the use of depth and space to create a piece of beauty with a personality all its own. This came as the evolution of Eickholts experimentation with various combinations of chemicals to create new exciting colors and textures. His selection of vases, perfume bottles and paperweights are of high quality and unique design. He is constantly looking for new and unique designs as well as a way to perfect those he currently produces.

All items represented are in mint condition. This item has been cared for in a gallery like setting. Please make note that this piece is a big seller for me thus we have constant turnover. Items may be in the process of creation, and others may be commissioned just for you! In those cases, I will advise you that it may be two to four weeks, in some cases prior to your receiving your piece, however rest assured that when you do receive your art glass, you will know it was made expressly for you! These pieces sell very quickly thus if one is not in stock, Bob's studio may have another in their own stock, or we will have him create one for you, so please be patient as you will surely not be disappointed with his work! Please remember, since these are one of a kind works of art that the color may vary from piece to piece. There is also one size smaller available to display in a set which is quite attractive.
