Cape Cod Dessert Bowl

Beautiful, Avon, Ruby Red, Cape Cod, Dessert Bowl in excellent condition. It is 5 1/4" wide x 2" high.  1978-90

Avon says "The 1876 Cape Cod Collection is reminiscent of early American pressed glass called "Sandwich Glass."  It featured lacy, intricate designs, fine background stippling, and exquisite briliance which reflected the superb craftsmanship of it's makers.  The pattern was inspired by the classic Roman Rosette pattern."
