Earl, the father, worked for the Wesayso Corporation and leveled trees to make way for tract homes. His blustery qualities were balanced out by his even-tempered wife Fran. The dino clan had three children: rebellious teen Robbie, shopaholic pre-teen Charlene, and Baby, a smart-alecky infant. Rounding out the family was Grandma Ethyl, who always seemed to be locked in a battle of wills with Earl. Other characters included B. P. Richfield, Earl's fearsome boss, and Roy Hess, a pre-historic swinger buddy of Earl's.
Earl is married to Fran. His kids are called: Robbie, Charlene and Baby. He can't stand Ethyl, Fran's mother, who lives with the Sinclairs. He works at the Wesayso Coorporation with his friend Roy Hess. He always complains about Monica, but he likes her somehow. The only thing he really loves is watching TV with a can of beer.
Fran is Earl's wife, although she sometimes wonders how she could have married Earl. Her job is being a housewife and getting Earl his beer. Her friend is a four-legger called Monica Devertabrough.
This popular pink dinosaur always torments Earl. Most of the time he does that by smacking him on the head with all kinds of things. Baby has lots of friends (almost everybody likes him). His favourite doll is/was Georgie.
Robbie is the good guy of the family. He works hard at school and has a great interest in the environment. His friend is called Spike, and nobody knows (and cares about) Spikes lastname. He (Robbie) tries to make music, but it's nothing you want to buy in a store.
Charlene has one great hobby: shopping! Whenever there's a sale, Charlene will be there. She IS going to school, but you'll never notice it. She usually has arguments with Robby.
