How much would shipping and insurance cost for a UK bidder...?

It would be $44.30 (including insurance) and would mail via Priority Mail. It's too heavy for First Class International (letterpost). I do package well, including wrapping in a bag and using bubblewrap/peanuts. Thanks for asking Happy
