Can you ensure that the bags are of top quality? I have seen some bags where stitching is coming undone, the locks don't work, etc. Do you offer a refund if not satisfied with the workmanship. I need top quality Speedys 30 Multicolour, which you say you have. I can pay with Paypal. Please reply.

I would like to buy some bags from you. I was badly ripped off by another seller on IOffer. She sold me some bags (White Speedy 30's)with keys that don't open the locks, so I can't even see inside some of the bags to check contents, stitching coming undone, wrong dustbag, no serial number, only one key. I am out of pocket, but still need to buy more. Would you give the same rate if I ordered four, just because of cash flow problems. I know they will sell and I will be back for more, otherwise after my bad experience I would not want to still buy these bags. I am gutted as this woman does not answer my emails. Is there any way I can get my money back?. I'm new to this site and I am in England. Please reply. Thanks. Happy

Yes, I can give you the same deal for 4 of them, but I will have to figure shipping. I am really sorry about the woman that stiffed you. I am sure you can report her to ioffer. Look under Seller Help to see how to do that. Also, you can go on the ioffer message board and there is a club for dead beat sellers, I think. I would list her as a dead beat seller to warn others of her. I assure you, my white speedies are the best out there and they come with dust cover, 2 keys which unlock both locks, care booklet, cards, tags etc. Plesae make me an offer and we can go from here.
