There is no comparison for ease of use between the Powertouch phones, and any other phone to be used with Talkswitch. This bundle includes 2 Nortel/AAstra Powertouch PT-480e phones. These phones are pre-programmed for the Talkswitch system. These phones are not just phones with codes stored in buttons, they are menu driven context sensitive phones, the easiest to use! Most Powertouch phones sold on the internet are NOT programmed for the Talkswitch. The ones that are not do not in any way function the same way these phones do. These phones are professionally programmed (via a programming language) to work with Talkswitch 24-CA seamlessly. We LOVE this phone!

The Talkswitch 24-CA is the smallest of the Talkswitch family of products. The Talkswitch-24CA has inputs for 2 incoming phone lines, and outputs for up to 4 extensions. You can also program up to 8 remote extensions (off site), these can be cell phones or anything else with a phone number. The system uses analog phones. This bundle includes 2 Aastra Powertouch 480 phones PRE-Programmed for Talkswitch! These are the easiest to use phones we have found. See below for phone features as they are very nice phones. These differ from the PT-390 phones in that they add a data port, and a headset port.

Pretty much, you can expect once setup for the Talkswitch 24-CA to run itself. It is a full featured PBX system, very powerful. There are other auto attendant services you can buy, but it won't take long for you to pay for this system with what they charge. Also, you will have a lot more features that are needed in todays business environment. Unlike the typical PBX system, this system does not require a highly paid technician to program and maintain as your business changes!
